AGILE NETWORK SOLUTIONS

We understand that Service Providers are pressed to gain more from less, cut the budgets and keep up with providing resourceful infrastructure and future-proof solutions.  That is exactly where we believe we could be of great help since we have an ideal mixture of industry expertise and skillful resources. We have a proven talent in carrying out the delivery of agile, high-performance, extremely reliable, well tested and proven in capabilities – namely: carrier grade – telecommunication systems.

Just in Time Networking

The shift of services to the cloud presents a great opportunity for service providers but also creates the challenge of extending the LAN over the WAN while keeping the costs down. We see the Ribbon’s Elastic MPLS as a holistic solution to start building agile networks which will guaranty increased operation efficiency at reduced TCO and yet achieve the best in all categories: end user experience, performance, availability and security. The architecture based on ECI’s own flavor of NFV is responsible for the fast introduction of new services and the SDN technology for getting it all done in an optimal way and just in time.

Any-G Mobile Backhaul

We aim to facilitate a cost-effective installation by using a single box approach with a multiservice flexibility. We ensure that the solution will allow legacy 2G and 3G services to co-exist with LTE on the same transport network – natively or gracefully migrated to packet with Circuit Emulation (CES). The building blocks made of unparalleled multiservice equipment: L1-L3 functionality, integrated optics, including DWDM, OTN, and muxponders, ensure efficient and seamless interworking with the optical backbone. On top of it all is the Elastic MPLS that empowers the operator to use the optimal technology (IP/MPLS or MPLS-TP) for the backhaul architecture and facilitates interworking with the IP Core.

Optical Software Defined Networks

We help carriers to modernize optical transport networks and obtain multiple service and operational benefits, by adopting software defined optical networking. The milestones of our offer of optical SD networks are: fast service provisioning, dynamic restoration and multilayer optimization. Our SDN solutions harnesses dynamic capabilities embedded in ECI’s state-of-the-art optical transport and switching fabrics that already has a proven capability of achieving ultimate network automation.

Mission Critical Networks

Power utilities, homeland security and armed forces share the common set of superposed requirements for networking solutions that have to be achieved on top of what is usually used in the public communications sector: real time support, survivability and availability with no compromises, maximum data protection, network separation by information classification and support for legacy and special purpose systems. Neptune Family of IP Routers from Ribbon Communications is addressing all those requirements by enabling a flawless transition to MPLS-TP based packet network solution.

Intelligent Evolution to 5G

Our colleagues from Oracle Communications had been working very hard on developing a solution to make Signal Transfer Point and Signaling Gateway assets viable in LTE, M2M and Wi-Fi domains for enhanced connectivity, capacity and revenue. Their EAGLE STP is an unmatched answer for growing need for an “intelligent evolution” toward LTE. It represents a convergence of key Signaling System 7 assets into a single platform; then, from one location, operators can manage critical functions, such as signal transfer point (STP), signaling gateway (SGW), number portability (NP), equipment identity registry (EIR), routing, and security.

IMS Network Infrastructure

Oracle Communications IMS infrastructure for service delivery allows communications service providers to increase agility, capitalize on the opportunities enabled by IMS and accelerate the deployment of profitable Consumer VoIP, RCS, OTT, and VoLTE services. It delivers significantly reduced complexity since that CSCF, session routing, access, and interconnect functions can be flexibly integrated or separated while leveraging the same underlying architecture and systems management. The solution is extremely scalable in any given aspect: load balancing, the ability to cost-effectively increase node capacity, and the use of virtualization allow service providers to manage capacity, control spikes in demand, and scale infrastructure according to the real service demand.
